Shipping Policy
Updated October 11, 2026
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Texas. Our current dispatch time is 1–2 business days. Dispatch time is the time before an order leaves us; it is separate from carrier transit time.
United States shipping
Available rates depend on the packed order’s weight. The current US rate card is:
| Service | Weight | Rate | Transit after dispatch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Economy | 0–5 lb | $4.90 | 5–8 business days |
| Standard | 0–1 lb | $6.90 | 3–4 business days |
| Standard | 1–5 lb | $9.90 | 3–4 business days |
The available service and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay.
International shipping
We ship to international destinations offered at checkout. Available services, delivery estimates, and the full charge for your address are shown before payment. Some destinations may require a phone number, and orders to mainland China may require a Resident ID for customs.
Delays and delivery
Carrier transit estimates begin after dispatch and are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with the updated timing and available options.
